Most frequent questions and answers

Please not that: 

  • Please not we do not work on weekends and holidays. Therefore, if an order is made within the times, please note it will be shipping in the next working hours or days. Our working times are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.
  • In order to understand when you will get your order, please consider production time ( which can be found here HERE) plus 24/48H of processing plus 24/48H of shipping. We usually tend yo try and ship within 24H but we cannot guarantee it, so please order within time.
  • Orders leave from the headquarters on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If the order is placed before 12:00 on these days, it will be shipped the same day, otherwise the preparation will start the next day.
  • Processing time for each order is subject to the item ordered. Shipping time is 24/48 working hours. Once we have entrusted the parcel to the GLS courier, you will take care to contact GLS if it does not arrive within the time established by them.
  • The production time for the items can be read here. Unfortunately this does not depend on us and is also influenced by public holidays and the period of the order.

The shipping time is roughly 24 / 48H from the time you make the deposit. Unfortunately, due to the global COVID-19 pandemic we cannot make guarantees that it will come right on time as it is the post office that handles the packages and they are currently under more stress than usual. A tracking code will be sent to you by email as soon as the order has been processed so that it can be tracked. In addition to the shipping time, there is also the production time. Here is an estimate: Classic products (anything customizable/personalizable) take around – 48 / 72H. TheOne or Luxury products – 24 / 48H. NON-personalized jewelery – 24 / 48H. Personalized jewelry- 3-6 weeks.

This very much depends on what you order and when. We only work Monday to Friday. If you order within 12, your order might be shipped the same day. If not, theOnes NON CUSTOMIZED usually take 24-72H, name tags and jewellery 24H to 1 week and the Classics 1-6 weeks. We usually try to be as quick as possible and stay within the one week mark for everything.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over your package once it leaves our warehouse. If you have any questions or problems, you should contact the corresponding post that is handling your order (for ex. Italian Post Office, UPS, DHL etc.). The best thing is to order in advance!

We all make mistakes! Which is why we make it possible for you to cancel the order if it is a NON-CUSTOMIZED item (such as TheOne browbands) and within 12 hours of purchase.

If, for example, the Browband is within 30 days of purchase and has NOT been damaged due to wear or other external causes, then you can go to the SHIPPING AND REFUNDS section and return it for free. If, on the other hand, the product is damaged due to wear, then contact us via whatsapp and we will agree if it is possible to repair it. The cost of the repair (12 euros) plus shipping (12 euros) will be paid by the sender.
